SIOUX CITY – In the final dual competition before the Great Plains Athletic Conference championships, Morningside scored higher than Concordia in both the dance and the cheer competitions on Wednesday night.

The Mustang dance team posted a 95-71 victory over CUNE, while the cheer team won, 83-67.

The GPAC dance and cheer championships are set for Saturday, Feb. 9 at Hastings College.
