COLUMBIA, Ky. – Lindsey Wilson men and women’s golf is slated to play four tournaments each during the fall season in 2020.

The abbreviated schedule contains two one-day tournaments and a pair of two-day tournaments all reasonably close to the Lindsey Wilson campus.

“We’ve adjusted our schedule this fall with the safety of our student-athletes in mind during this global pandemic”, Lindsey Wilson golf coach Eric Wyrick said. “While it is disappointing to miss some of our normal fall tournaments, we are excited about the schedule and the ability to compete against some quality teams close to home.”

The Blue Raider men open the season at home on Monday, Sept. 28, at the Lindsey Wilson Fall Invite at The Pines at Lindsey Wilson. The one-day event features a 36-hole tournament with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. CT. The tournament is closed to the public due to the ongoing concerns with COVID-19.

Lindsey Wilson travels to the Music City Invite on Oct. 5-6 at Twelve Stones Golf Club in Nashville, Tennessee. On Oct. 12, the Blue Raiders travel to the Campbellsville (Ky.) Fall Invite and closes the fall on Oct. 26-27 with the Mid-South Conference Fall Tournament at Bowling Green Country Club in Bowling Green, Ky.

The Blue Raider women host the Lindsey Wilson Fall Invite on Friday, Oct. 2 at The Pines. Like the men, the tournament begins with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m. CT  and is closed to the public.

The women join the men in Nashville on Oct. 5-6 and again in Campbellsville on Oct. 12.

The Blue Raider women finish the fall at the MSC Fall Tournament on Oct. 30-31 at Bowling Green Country Club.

The Lindsey Wilson women won last season’s home fall event while the Blue Raider men finished second.
